Service cards now show an amber ! badge when an assigned cleaner has marked that day as unavailable. Opening the service shows an "Unavailable" label beside their name so you can reassign before the job.

Admins can toggle between 12h (2:30 PM) and 24h (14:30) in Settings → Staff. The preference applies to every schedule view for admin and staff, the time-off calendar, notification alerts, and all outbound WhatsApp messages.

Questions, answered

Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Start with a 14-day free trial of the full app. There is no charge during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
What is the difference between Professional and Business?
Two things: Professional is capped at 5 active staff; Business is unlimited. Business also adds the Live Map — a real-time view of today's jobs and staff positions on a map. Every other feature — scheduling, invoices, payroll, all four WhatsApp automations — is identical on both plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly with no contracts and no setup fee. Cancel whenever you like and you will not be billed again.
Do my cleaners need the app too?
Staff get their own simple view with My Schedule, the map, and GPS clock-in. They only see their assigned jobs, never your customer list or financials.
Which devices does it run on?
KeepClean installs like a native app on iOS and Android from the browser, and the same account works on desktop for office admin.
How does the WhatsApp messaging work?
Messages are sent over the official WhatsApp Business platform using approved templates. Your customers simply receive a WhatsApp message, with nothing extra to install.
